Rental Requirements

The following is criteria for qualifying as a resident:

1.  Application must be fully completed, dated and signed by each applicant and co-applicant over 18 years old.  Application is free.  A copy of photo ID is required on each application. Any discrepancy found in application will automatically disqualify applicant.

2.  Minimum of two years verifiable rental history, present and past.  First time renters may qualify if all other criteria is met and they have sufficient income or have a co-signer with sufficient income.

3.  Employment and monthly income must be verifiable, past and present.  Must have at least 6 months with current employer or demonstrate excellent employment history.  Sufficient income - monthly income must be 3 times the amount of rent.

4.  No smoking is allowed inside all properties.

5. We have a NO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY.

6. A credit check and criminal background check will be completed for all applications.
